Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time PRN Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with supervising physicians in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
• Assess patient health status and provide education on preventive measures and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with physicians to document health concerns and facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services

Required qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote medical documentation
