Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse, the part-time PRN Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist will conduct virtual Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with physicians remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories and assess current health status using remote monitoring tools
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

Required qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care, preventive care, or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and telehealth best practices
