Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the PRN Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories, including vital signs and health risk assessments
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans

Required qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and preventive care strategies preferred
