Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time PRN remote position, the candidate will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare, patient education, and health risk assessments under physician supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories and assess current health status using remote monitoring tools
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs

Required qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and preventive care strategies
