Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time PRN Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with a supervising physician in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in compliance with CMS guidelines
- Review and update patient medical histories and assess current health statuses using remote monitoring tools
- Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
- Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
