Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time PRN Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with supervising physicians in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
- Assess patients' health status and provide education on preventive measures and lifestyle changes through virtual consultations
- Collaborate with the supervising physician to maintain accurate patient records and follow up on health concerns
Required qualifications
- Fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
- Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth settings
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
