Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while working remotely under physician supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
• Assess and update patient medical histories, including vital signs and risk factors for chronic diseases
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and collaborate with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up care

Required qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
