Job Summary
Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN, the part-time Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist will conduct virtual Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with a supervising physician in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
- Review and update patient medical histories, including vital signs and risk factors for chronic diseases
- Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans
Required qualifications
- Fully bilingual in Korean and English
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote medical documentation
