Job Summary

To support preventive healthcare initiatives, a Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in a part-time PRN capacity, focusing on patient education, health assessments, and collaboration with supervising physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories and assess health status using remote monitoring tools
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans

Required qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and preventive care strategies
