Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN fluent in Korean and English, the part-time Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist will conduct virtual Medicare AWVs, assess health risks, and provide patient education under physician supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
• Assess patient health status and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs
• Collaborate with the supervising physician to maintain accurate patient records and facilitate referrals

Required qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Current and unrestricted RN license in Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and preventive care strategies
