Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with supervising physicians in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
- Review and update patient medical histories and assess health status using remote monitoring tools
- Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs
Required qualifications
- Fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
- Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or telehealth setting
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
