Job Summary

To support preventive healthcare initiatives, the part-time Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on patient education and health assessments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories and assess current health status using remote monitoring tools
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

Required qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth technology
