Job Summary
Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN, the part-time Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while working remotely under physician supervision.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
- Review and update patient medical histories and assess current health status using remote monitoring tools
- Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs
Required qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
- Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
