Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN, this part-time PRN position will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare, patient education, and health risk assessments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories and assess current health status using remote monitoring tools
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and collaborate with supervising physicians for documentation and follow-up

Required qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care, preventive care, or telehealth
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
