Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Litigation Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated BI claims from inception through resolution
• Analyze medical records, accident reports, and legal filings to determine liability and evaluate damages
• Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation strategy and case management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling BI claims, with at least 1 year focused on litigated files
• Active Georgia Property & Casualty Adjuster License
• Strong knowledge of Georgia legal and insurance regulations related to bodily injury
• Experience managing high-severity injury claims and attorney-represented cases
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
