Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Georgia Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will conduct investigations, evaluate claims, and negotiate settlements while managing the administrative responsibilities associated with the processing of bodily injury claims.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations to analyze coverage and determine liability and compensability
• Completes Bodily Injury Evaluation forms and makes recommendations for claims exceeding individual settlement authority
• Evaluates medical injury exposure and maintains accurate records while handling claims processing and payments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree or higher in a related field is preferred
• At least one year of automobile liability experience is required
• A minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience is preferred
• Must hold or be able to secure and maintain adjuster license(s) within 60 days of employment
• Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law
