Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal, state, and local cannabis regulations and compliance obligations
• Collaborate with executive leadership and finance teams to minimize legal and regulatory risks
• Support cannabis-related businesses in matters involving taxation, licensing, and financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Georgia law license and relevant experience in cannabis law
• Strong background in corporate finance and regulatory compliance
• Experience advising financial institutions or cannabis operators
• Ability to navigate complex legal and financial matters
• Proven track record of working with executive leadership and compliance professionals
