Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cardiology Coder (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Code procedures and enter charges in compliance with regulations and policies
• Coordinate with Practice Coordinator and Revenue Integrity for documentation support
• Participate in audits to ensure accuracy of selected codes and improve coding methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Must have a coding credential (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS, RN)
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital and/or physician practice coding experience or completion of a one-year Revenue Integrity Internship Program
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
