Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Georgia Licensed Care Agent will assist Ibotta users via email, investigate account issues, and contribute to special projects, all while working remotely for up to 25 hours per week, including Saturdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to Ibotta users through email communication
- Investigate account-related issues and provide solutions based on user inquiries
- Participate in special projects as directed by leadership teams
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Ability to work remotely, with prior remote work experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technologically savvy, with familiarity with Android and Apple devices
- Must be at least 18 years old and based in Georgia
