Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Negotiate with claimants and attorneys to reach fair and reasonable settlements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, preferably with BI claims
• Active Adjuster's Georgia license
• Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications
