Job Summary

Managing complex claims for Georgia and/or Florida, the fully remote Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims within their authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Evaluates and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims, recognizing customer needs and addressing them effectively

Required Qualifications

• Georgia Licensed Claims Adjuster
• Experience in handling advanced automobile claims
• Knowledge of insurance policies and claims administration
• Ability to identify subrogation or fraud potential
• Early career professional with a focus on claims resolution
