A company is looking for a Litigation Moderate Claims Adjuster - Remote (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third parties

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling
• 2-5 years of claims experience in Georgia
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
