Job Summary

Handling complex auto injury claims, the fully remote Non-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims within their authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims
• Conducts thorough investigations of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion in coverage, liability, and damages decisions
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims while identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction

• Georgia Licensed Claims Adjuster
• Experience in handling complex auto injury claims
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in decision-making
• Proficiency in customer service and negotiation skills
