Job Summary

Handling complex auto injury claims in a fully remote capacity, the Non-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims within the authority limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims
• Conducts thorough investigations of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Evaluates and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims, identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Georgia Licensed Claims Adjuster
• Experience in handling auto injury claims
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
