Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Director, Auto/Property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home state
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in insurance claims, with a preference for property and/or auto experience
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Demonstrated success in managing customer experience programs in technology-driven environments
