Job Summary

Analyzing and processing complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, the full-time Georgia Licensed Claims Examiner will review coverage, complete investigations, determine liability, and evaluate damages while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management with independent adjusters
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation and risk transfer opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience with in-depth knowledge of auto policies and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Ability to secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
