Key Responsibilities

• Manage team leads and specialists handling real property and auto losses
• Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes
• Develop strategies to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home state
• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in property and/or auto
• 3+ years of management experience, ideally in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving systems for better efficiency
