Job Summary

A company is looking for a PIP Manager, Rideshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of adjusters handling Personal Injury Protection claims for a rideshare client
• Implement best practices for claims handling and monitor claims data for process improvement
• Develop strategies to mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Active insurance adjuster's license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• 10+ years of insurance claims management experience in multiple lines of business
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Personal Injury Protection claims
