Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Claims Representative, the full-time position will process low-level workers' compensation claims, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and negotiate settlements
• Review coverage, assess damages, and determine liability within authority limits
• Identify subrogation opportunities and ensure ongoing claims adjudication

Required qualifications:

• Two (2) years of workers' compensation claims management experience
• Georgia (GA) licensing required
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Experience in negotiating settlements
• Familiarity with claims documentation and industry best practices
