Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Claims Representative, the full-time position will process low-level general liability claims, determining benefits due while ensuring compliance with company standards, and will be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process low-level general liability claims and negotiate settlements with general supervision
• Review coverage, assess damages, and determine liability within authority limits
• Identify subrogation opportunities and ensure ongoing adjudication within company standards

Required qualifications

• Two (2) years of liability claims management experience
• Georgia (GA) licensing required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims effectively
• Experience in negotiating settlements and assessing damages
• Familiarity with industry best practices in claims adjudication
