Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service during the insurance claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance throughout the claims process
  • Anticipate customer needs and manage the claims process to resolution
  • Accurately record and update customer information and claim details in internal systems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or relevant insurance certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment within the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of multi-line insurance claims processes and terminology
  • Must be able to obtain designated home state claim adjuster license within 60 days
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
