A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead, Auto/Property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee work within the real property and auto damage adjusting staff
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling, including investigation and settlement
• Attract, hire, and train new team members while fostering a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home state
• 3+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in auto and/or real property
• 1+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better efficiency
