A company is looking for a Part-Time Cleaning Manager (On-Call / Day and Evening Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and texts from clients and cleaning staff
• Assist with staffing coverage and support evening operations
• Conduct interviews and assist with hiring and payroll coordination

Required Qualifications

• Reliable and responsive to communication
• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or operations preferred
• Able to manage people and adapt to last-minute changes
• Comfortable working on-call with flexible availability
• Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly
