Georgia Licensed Client GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of accountants, the full-time Georgia Licensed Client GL Supervisor will oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements for condominium and homeowners associations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and departmental policies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the accounting team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial reporting
• Communicate with team members and leadership to meet client expectations and ensure timely completion of financial statements
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for staff, addressing any internal and external issues that arise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, and/or residential management
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
