Job Summary

As the primary liaison between insurance carriers and clients, the full-time Georgia Licensed Client Relationship Manager will manage commercial insurance programs, handle renewals, and address day-to-day service inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and driving client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively communicating expectations, updates, and recommendations
  • Lead the renewal process by preparing and presenting coverage options, including benchmarking and exposure analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field; professional insurance designation preferred
  • Current state license required (Property & Casualty)
  • 2-4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex information
  • Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
