Job Summary
As the primary liaison between insurance carriers and clients, the full-time Georgia Licensed Client Relationship Manager will manage commercial insurance programs, handle renewals, and address day-to-day service inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and driving client satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively communicating expectations, updates, and recommendations
- Lead the renewal process by preparing and presenting coverage options, including benchmarking and exposure analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field; professional insurance designation preferred
- Current state license required (Property & Casualty)
- 2-4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex information
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
