A company is looking for a Lead Client Service Manager in P&C Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal process to deliver optimal solutions to clients
• Secure existing business and coordinate sales of additional services
• Nurture client relationships and maintain accurate client records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in P&C Insurance client service and/or claims management
• Strong client engagement and relationship skills
• Adequate proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other productivity tools
• Possession of a State Insurance License or in the process of obtaining one
