Georgia Licensed Client Terms Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Terms Attorney to join the Conflicts and New Matter Intake team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client terms and outside counsel guidelines to identify risk and contractual issues
• Liaise with business and legal teams regarding negotiation of client terms
• Prepare responses to client audits and assist the Office of the General Counsel with related projects

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law with at least 2+ years of client terms review experience in a large law firm
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to negotiate effectively and influence colleagues
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records of terms negotiations
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
