Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical to join their Case Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Monitor team performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide coaching and development to frontline staff and leaders, driving a culture of accountability and recognition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or Master's Degree in Social Work
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing employees in a healthcare setting
• 3+ years of experience in production/operations, including case prioritization
• 1+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives
