Job Summary

Leading a team of Registered Nurse Clinical Annotators, the remote Manager of Clinical Annotation will supervise clinical data labeling and validation for AI model training, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and operational excellence in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor RN Clinical Annotators while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Oversee daily annotation workflows, monitor quality metrics, and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align annotation efforts with AI model development needs

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license with 5+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in utilization management, case review, or payer operations
• Familiarity with clinical data annotation and AI-related projects
• Solid understanding of prior authorization workflows and medical necessity documentation
