Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Navigator - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake and assessments to optimize clinical pathways and reduce wait times
• Complete clinical documentation and adhere to quality oversight protocols
• Provide flexible support during high demand periods or staff absences

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Physiotherapy, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT)
• Current, unrestricted PT licenses in Georgia, Texas, and/or Colorado
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in physical therapy or MSK-related clinical roles
• Prior experience in digital health care navigation or telemedicine
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
