Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure high-quality peer review case reports while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that the content meets company standards
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active RN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Ability to operate various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
