Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and high-performing Georgia Licensed Clinical Quality Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage quality assurance reviews of peer review reports, ensuring compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards while maintaining exceptional report quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports, ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify that clinical citations are accurate and current, and ensure the professional appearance of reports meets company standards
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations
