Job Summary
Owning the clinical quality program, the full-time Georgia Licensed Clinical Quality Lead will define high-quality care standards, manage clinical incidents, and develop educational resources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain clinical standards, review criteria, and quality indicators for nursing care
- Investigate and resolve clinical incidents, leading root cause analyses and corrective action processes
- Translate quality findings into educational priorities and develop clinical policies and documentation standards
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of nursing experience, including three years in clinical quality or patient safety
- Direct experience with clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies
- Strong command of nursing standards, medication administration safety, and clinical documentation
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing precise and defensible findings
