Job Summary

To support the inpatient unit in hospice care, the part-time Georgia Licensed Clinical Support Specialist will provide patient care, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working onsite in Gainesville, Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to hospice patients and their families
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and other regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN licensure in Georgia
• CPR certification must be maintained
• Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable automobile
