Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the coding team and assist with daily coding tasks
• Interface with clients and internal teams to address requests and manage coding-related issues
• Review coder work for quality and provide feedback to ensure compliance with coding standards

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification
• Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, COC, RHIT, CCS, etc.)
• 5 years of outpatient surgical coding experience
• 1 year of team lead experience or demonstrated leadership qualities
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care coding experience across various patient types
