Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and consistently meet performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Reliable and responsible with a commitment to maintaining a structured work schedule
• Successful completion of company collector training program and background checks
