Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and consistently meet performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements that align with consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
• Build trust with consumers through active listening and effective communication

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality
• Successful completion of a company collector training program
