Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Collections Representative, the remote position will focus on securing payments for past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Access to high-speed internet with specified minimum requirements
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
