Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts
• Engage with clients to provide legal advice on commercial contracting matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and risk management in contracts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm or large corporate legal department preferred
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
