Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Counsel with extensive legal experience in corporate and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of corporate and commercial contracts
• Collaborate with the general counsel and deputy general counsel to support business teams
• Work independently and as part of a team in a flexible remote or hybrid environment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in a large law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience with MDAs, MSAs, and commercial sales agreements
• Background in manufacturing and/or distribution companies
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
